Licensed Craft
Every technician carries a valid CSLB license and averages 15+ years of California-specific field experience. No apprentices sent alone. No subcontractors.
Pacific Line Plumbing Co. is a licensed, bonded, and insured California plumbing company serving Los Angeles and San Diego since 2008. Two dispatch hubs. 34 licensed technicians. One standard of service — the kind we'd want in our own homes.
"We built this company on the simple idea that California homeowners deserve a plumber who shows up on time, charges fairly, and stands behind the work."
Our FounderPacific Line Plumbing Co.
Pacific Line Plumbing Co. opened its doors in 2008 with a single service truck, a small workshop in Los Angeles, and a clear conviction: the plumbing industry in California had drifted too far from the tradesman standard. Too many franchises. Too many subcontractors. Too many "while we're in there" upsells.
Our founder — a third-generation California plumber — started this company to do it differently. Smaller crews, better tools, and real relationships with the homeowners and businesses we serve. No call centers. No scripted dispatchers. No technicians we haven't personally vetted.
Eighteen years later, we operate two dispatch hubs — one on Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles, one on Fifth Avenue in San Diego — and our 34 licensed technicians have completed over 42,000 service calls. We've grown, but the standard hasn't moved. Every technician is W-2 employed, background-checked, drug-tested, CSLB-licensed, and uniformly badged before they step onto your property.
Everything we do — from a drain cleaning to a whole-home repipe — is measured against one question: would we be proud to do this work in our own home, for our own family, at this price? If the answer is yes, we move forward. If it isn't, we don't.
Every technician carries a valid CSLB license and averages 15+ years of California-specific field experience. No apprentices sent alone. No subcontractors.
Shoe covers, drop cloths, and a final walkthrough are standard on every residential call. We leave your home cleaner than we found it.
These aren't marketing promises — they're operating rules. If a technician misses one, the call is reviewed. Miss two, and we send someone else.
We text a 30-minute arrival window the morning of your call. If we're running late, you hear from us before the window closes — not after.
Before-and-after photos, camera inspection footage, and permit paperwork — every job leaves you with a digital record you can show your insurer or next buyer.
Before we pack up, we walk you through every repair — what we did, why we did it, and what to watch for. You don't pay until you're satisfied.
From dripping faucets in coastal condos to whole-home repipes in pre-war bungalows, we handle every residential job with the same care we'd bring to our own homes.
Restaurants, property managers, retail, and multi-unit buildings across LA and SD rely on our commercial division for priority dispatch and after-hours service.
Every technician holds a CSLB license under our master license , has passed a 50-state background check, and carries full liability and workers' compensation coverage.
Two dispatch hubs, 24/7/365 staffing, and live ETA texts within 60 seconds of your call. Coastal areas average 35 minutes. We don't promise what we can't deliver.
We know LADBS and DSD code, LADWP water chemistry, galvanized steel in pre-1970 homes, and polybutylene in 1980s Valley tracts. California plumbing is our only market.
We pull, coordinate, and close every required permit with LADBS, DSD, and municipal building departments — no extra charge, no extra stress on your side.
From the moment you call to the final walkthrough, our process is designed to give you clarity, control, and confidence — at every stage of the job.
A licensed technician arrives in the promised window, conducts a full diagnostic, and documents exactly what's happening in your plumbing system.
We present a written, flat-rate estimate with good/better/best options where applicable. You review, ask questions, and approve — no work begins until you're ready.
We complete the repair with California-grade materials, haul away all debris, and walk you through the work.
Pacific Line operates two dispatch hubs — one in Los Angeles and one in San Diego — covering over 60 cities across both counties. Whether you're in a hillside home in Beverly Hills or a beachfront condo in Coronado, a licensed technician is closer than you think.
