Health Department Compliance

We handle the paperwork. You pass the inspection.

Two compliance documents every restaurant needs — and both are included with our maintenance contracts.

Grease Trap Compliance

LA County Health Department and SD County Health Department require restaurants to maintain grease traps at 25% capacity or less and provide documentation at each health inspection. Every grease trap cleaning we perform includes:

  • Dated, stamped certificate showing pump-out volume and residual level
  • Compliance documentation formatted for health department submission
  • Automatic scheduling so you never miss a cleaning deadline
  • Contract clients get paperwork filed automatically

Backflow Prevention Testing

LADWP (LA) and SD County Water Authority require annual backflow prevention testing on all commercial water supplies. Failure to test results in fines and potential water service interruption. Our certified testers handle everything:

  • State-certified backflow tester performs the test
  • Paperwork filed directly with LADWP or SD County Water Authority
  • Repair or replacement flagged if device fails test
  • Tier 02+ contracts include testing at no additional cost
After-Hours Service

Your customers never see a plumber during dinner service.

Restaurants can't shut down during service. That's why 90% of our restaurant plumbing work happens between 10pm and 6am — after your kitchen closes, before prep starts the next morning. We coordinate with your manager to schedule every maintenance visit during your slowest hours.

After-hours service carries a modest premium over standard rates for non-contract clients, quoted flat-rate upfront. For maintenance contract clients, after-hours work is included in the standard rate — no premium, no surprise charges.
