Pacific Line Plumbing Co. was founded in 2008 by Marcus Chen, a third-generation plumber who grew up riding in his father's service truck across the San Fernando Valley. After a decade working for large franchise outfits, Marcus started Pacific Line to do things differently: smaller crews, better tools, fairer prices, and real relationships with the people we serve.
Today we're a team of 34 licensed technicians operating out of Los Angeles and San Diego. We've completed over 42,000 service calls, and we still answer our own phones — no call centers, no dispatchers reading scripts.
